
Intro to Ballet & Movement
(Students ages 2 ½ - 4 years)
This program is designed especially with the preschooler in mind. Learn to develop small and large motor skills while participating in both creative and choreographed movements. Help in balancing, coordination and expanding their attention span. Elementary muscle coordination exercises and basic dance techniques are included and combined with music.

Ballet
Learn the basic elements of classical ballet. Develop balance, flexibility, concentration and coordination. Learn the basic positions and ballet terms while developing a strong snes of discipline. All classes offer training from the fundamental basics through advanced techniques as well as traditional ballet movements.
Jazz
Jazz dance evolved from a variety of dance forms. It employs the spirit of improvisation and the natural response to rhythm. It helps develop strong discipline through the use of isolation technique, muscular movements and rhythm.
Tap
Tap dance is a lively and rhythmic form of dance where dancers use metal-soled shoes to create percussive sounds through intricate footwork. Tap emphasizes timing, musicality, and coordination. Students will learn basic to advanced tap techniques, including shuffles, flaps, time steps, and complex rhythmic patterns. Classes focus on developing both technical skill and performance style, encouraging dancers to use their feet as instruments while building a strong sense of rhythm and expression.
Modern
Using all elements of space, time and exercises, increase flexibility, balance, coordination,strength and pure movement. This class opens the door for personal development through improvisation. Modern dance incorporates elements of Horton, Graham and lyrical techniques.
Hip Hop
Hip Hop is a high-energy dance style that reflects the dynamic culture of street and urban movement. Rooted in music, freestyle, and personal expression, hip hop incorporates a wide range of styles including breaking, popping, locking, and contemporary urban choreography. Emphasis is placed on self-expression, confidence, and performance quality.
Acrobatics
Acrobatics is a dynamic and athletic dance discipline that combines strength, flexibility, balance, and agility. Drawing from both gymnastics and dance, acro teaches students how to safely perform skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, aerials, and partner work. Classes focus on proper technique, body alignment, and progression-based training to ensure safety and long-term development. Acrobatics enhances a dancer’s overall performance quality by building control, confidence, and fluidity between tricks and choreography.
